Review and manage all welding process & WI to be followed and valid during production Perform welding technical review on all new items during quotation and before production Create & Update welding working instruction together with Production Dept. Ensure WPS be correctly executed and managed during daily process Ensure effective WPQR to be created and cover all current welding process according to EN15085 or PED rules Manage welders’ skill training and review training plan to be realized Manage NDT persons’ skill training and review training plan to be realized Assist Manager to maintain related welding system ISO 3834-3 & EN 15085&PED during daily work Ensure and Review welding training process to be performed effectively for new welders and sitting welders Make sure update welders’ skill matrix promptly Support purchasing department welding audit for railway products to different supplys welding robot teaching programming, simulation programming, all welding robot program creation, modification, update and so on. Assist leaders for other related affairs

Develop welding process cards for Power equipments according to ASME IX standards Develop Cold WI, assembly WI, welding WI for workship Training for NDT personnel, Welder to get relevant certification

Develop welding process cards for reactors, tanks, heat exchangers and other equipments according to GB150, JB4709 standards Useing combination of welding methods such as Tig, SAW and SMAW is applied flexibly to realize welding with same or different kinds of steel Training of relevant personnel, improve professional skill training.
