Also responsible for maintaining the company's shareholder register, director register, records of major shareholders and directors, supervisors, and senior management holding company shares, as well as documents and minutes from shareholder meetings and board meetings.

Chairman's schedule and itinerary management; Document and information circulation and management for the Chairman's Office; High-level meeting and event support; Internal relationship coordination and maintenance; Authorized representation and execution; Logistical and administrative support.

Develop project expansion business plans based on company performance metrics, analyze market trends, and be responsible for formulating and implementing market expansion strategies for relevant company operations.
