1. As a technical support engineer, have been stayed in VW for 1 year to support plastic parts development. The VW cars are named MQB and A-SUV. 2. Do design feasibility for manufacture and help customer a direction to design the parts. Do pre-study with customers like PO, Faurecia, Ford, VW, Magna, Volvo, to do design review and mold flow review. 3. Participate in program “D27 tail-door” analysis, got the first order in domestic toolmaker supplier system. This kind of plastic martial is the direction of study how to lose weight in a car, this kind of hybrid material tools is something a trendy in future. 4. Have a long-time oversea experience, could be responsible for the early synchronous development, tools 3D design review in the mid-time and help customer try-out after tool built. Main customers are NA(USA/Mexico), EU(Germany/Spain) 5. Exterior parts such as BUMPERS, DP, TAIL DOORS and IP are my special. Could help Tier 1 or OEM do parts/tools analysis during vehicle assemble period. 6. Could provide good solutions during tools try-out with customer. 7. Good at meeting with customers, for instance IAC, PO, Faurecia, Magna, Valeo, familiar their standard and keep great communication with them. 8. Have a good management, could push program move smoothly from technical side
