Disease area: immunology, nephrology, rheumatology, neurology, ophthalmology Provide leadership and medical expertise in the development of clinical research strategies Create global clinical development plans including China development plan. Design efficient/ innovative clinical studies in close collaboration with biostatisticians, regulatory affairs, and other relevant disciplines. Ensure high quality of clinical study protocols, study reports and other relevant regulatory submission documents/ dossiers.

 Disease area: Nephrology, Hematology, Oncology, Orthopedics  People management: >20 HCs including central MM+ regional MSL  New product launch excellence: medical strategy and position, medical evidence, guideline shaping, innovative project for integrated disease management.  Mature product life cycle management: shape GQCE standard; extend the label indication; reposition the strategy, messages.

 New product launch: pre (-2y), during and post launch, blockbuster with five new indications  Medical landscape assessment: disease burden, patient journey/flow, competitor landscape, unmet needs in clinical practice  Evidence strategy: accountable for 40+ clinical trials and support HEOR evidence and support the project execution  Communication strategy and high quality publications  Guideline and clinical pathway shaping
