Responsible for managing and coordinating daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth logistics flow and team efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Manage and evaluate 3PL carriers, monitor A/D scan performance, and ensure delivery timeliness and scanning accuracy; * Coordinate 3PL pickup schedules and FBA warehouse deliveries, optimizing transportation and warehouse integration; * Develop and implement pickup plans for the Joybuy platform, track performance and conduct data analysis for continuous improvement; * Handle logistics exceptions and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions; * Establish and optimize SOPs for transportation and operational processes to ensure standardization and efficiency; * Support customer projects and ensure successful implementation and operational execution; * Manage logistics account applications and access control for 3PL carriers to ensure secure and compliant operations.

Handle daily FBA orders, conduct inventory checks at overseas warehouses, and manage exception orders. Participate in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, and shipping, while overseeing logistics processes. Ensure accurate inventory records and timely updates in the inventory system. Communicate with customers to receive and process orders, address logistics issues, and organize logistics data. Manage company affairs, coordinate related matters via phone and email, and perform general office tasks.
