超过15年临床试验行业经验，现任再鼎医药临床项目管理总监。 曾就职于南京鼓楼医院、精鼎医药、药明康德康德弘翼、PPC佳生和ICON等跨国及国内知名CRO公司 参与了医院一期临床试验基地的搭建；参与并负责超过30个中国和全球新药临床试验的开发、运营和管理工作，涉及治疗领域包括血液瘤（CAR-T和靶向治疗）、实体瘤（免疫治疗和靶向治疗）、内分泌、抗感染和疫苗等。 有丰富的临床运营、项目管理、项目监查、稽查核查以及团队培训的经验。
