I am Chang-Ming and English name is James. I work for ADATA and charging in new product (EV & photoelectric) which based in Suzhou. I have worked in China over 16 years. Not including the frequently biz trip from 2004. I am quite a flexible man for long term travelling or expatiated. Among my career, devoted into multiple functions and find out solution directly is my basic skill. Furthermore, arrange feasible and reasonable schedule for laptop, smart Phone and other consumer product is also important. Meanwhile, in my opinion, how to get balance teamwork and manage the project goes smoothly is also an art of work. I always teach my team judge the root cause from system view and reasonable duplicate to suspect as quick as we can. Besides, I am enthusiasm to implement features for new technology of each product during design stage. Just like an ancient Chinese said: Prevention is better than curing. Discuss the detail between ODM/OEM; negotiate with suppliers about design/cost/quality/schedule since the early beginning. That’s the core to make the project development smoothly. I am good in both design and manufacture (consumer products). This job just like one hobby to me because I enjoy and get some achievement of it. As you can see in my resume, I’ve handled many role/responsibilities in the various positions. I’m sure my background and experience would be of tremendous service to the company.
