Support tech Dept. on new shop openings, modifications and maintenance issues. Management all the process from layout design to handover to the commercial part, especially about furniture design, raw material control, suppliers’ management and concept book’s update. Coordinate the relations between landlord, factory, decoration team in jobsite and commercial part. ( Motivi brand in China)
