Responsible for grease business development in related business segments based on grease application knowledge and skills. Focus areas: - AUT OEM Key Account, Chinese local OEMs - Industrial segments (Major sectors: wind, cement, mining, power generation, paper/pulp, sugar, rail, bearing) - Emerging new industries such as Robot, power tools, household appliances/garden tools and WRL(Wire Rope Lubricant market)

 Customer Engagement by building up customer relationship together with front line staff to support sales and product application, including Claim & Demo, customer trials.  By linking with Global Net Works, conduct training to technical team, front line sales staff, distributors and customers.  Product Launch Support and Support sales team to acquire new business.  Support sales and technical service engineers on troubleshooting and incident management where they face difficulties.  Conduct non‐routine test for specific customer requirements and troubleshooting including analytical test development, implementation and competitor benchmarking.  Support QA/QC team and technical service engineers to minimize product quality & compliance risks.  Specific Product Quality accountabilities as detailed on the GLT role cards.

 Follow closely company strategy, push new product and important segment product’s development. Build the good relationship with OEM, try best to get some OEM recommendations.  Provide product solution and proposal to internal colleagues and external customers. Provide technical training for sales team and customers. Provide product’s latest presentations, sales tools, customer reference, success stories for sales team to expand business.  Collect the competitor and latest product specifications as the basis of enhancing our own product’s performance. Collect enough market info to related department. Give feedback of the application of products, and suggestion of developing new products.  Work closely with sales team, IODD, quality department (PQL) to ensure successful application of Total products.  Implement the action plan of Technical and Product Application Department.  Presented in difference Segment National Seminar. Participate in company activities as technical expert and give professional speech.  Handle customer complaint and help customer to resolve technical problems on field.

 Coordinate and supervise staff to complete the project.  Research on gear oil，special oil and grease.  Research on wind power generation equipment special oil and grease.  Research on low- noise bearing grease. Including lithium grease, lithium complex grease, polyurea grease and other Special grease.
