I was join BBA in 2011 as a Sr problem solver of PL in bodyshop, at the beginning of 2015 I was promoted as a process area manager of PL. During the past several years I have a good understanding of inboard logistics material flow concept (GR, warehousing, repacking, line supply, line side presentation and so on) and know the VPS knowledge(RSML, PDCA and so on) very well. I still have experience of complex projects and launch such as painted body, interplant transportation, three new car model launch. As a process area manager I have the strong logical thinking, open mind and team working, in 2019 I was assigned to BMW Mexico plant to support their SOP. In 2019 I was responsible for NSM(Non-series material )part and LSP(Bin handling, waste disposal, scrap center) management. There are more than 60 BBA associates and 300 onsite supplier staffs in my charging area. From Nov.2021 I was transferd to Assy PL as processs area manager responsible for business steering and new car model launch.
