Fast-growing function lead. Supervised and conducted two GMP protein drug product manufacturing projects in 4 months. Managed technology transfer of various types of aseptic filling process in short turnaround time (13 tech transfer in 6 months) Being the department representative on clients' audit. Established the cost analysis model of Drug Product manufacture. Aided in four deviation investigation regarding particle issues of protein drugs.

Hands-on experience of fast track cell line development; provided bioinformatics support for CHO cell genetic stability and characterization; constructed a gene database for accurate HCP identification coupling with MS data; created detailed project timeline templates for Cell Line Development and Cell Banking department with the aim of clarifying workflows and managing daily activities; developed training materials for new employees.

Providing bioinformatics support for process development and bio-assay team. Exploring the oleo-chemistry potential of soil microbiota using metagenomic tools.

Combining metagenome sequencing, RNA-Seq, and DNA array technology to elucidate the dynamics and response of sponge and coral reef holobionts to environmental stress and climate change.
