Responsible for providing scientific expertise to the client and delivering on genetics, genomics, and other translational sciences related programs. I also provide guidance and hand-on work for the development of new service lines and provide subject matter expertise to capability development projects within the department and across the integrated department. Provide bioinformatics solution for all product pipelines: 1. Oncology (precision medicine) - Develop Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD) section. - Develop immunotherapy section: comprehensive evaluate the efficacy for patients by integrating TMB, MSI, immunotherapy biomarkers and neoantigen analysis etc.. 2. Oncology (origin diagnosis) - Develop origin diagnosis algorithm for 23 cancers based on transfer learning (AUC=94%). 3. Cellular immunology - Develop the analysis pipeline of imaging mass spectrometry : single-cell antibody intensity quantification, cell subgroup spatial distance clustering, cell clustering, antibody intensity normalization and other analysis methods. 4. Cloud Computing - Based on the concept of Asset-light Strategy, all analysis & data maintenance were set up and completed on the cloud which decreasing operating cost and increasing data readability. 5. Collaborate with Jinyintan Hospital, Peking University School of Stomatology & the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army (PLAGH) and account for project design, data analysis & article publishing.

Dept. Description (15 associates): responsible for bioinformatics R&D of new products and exploratory study. Project experience 1.WES/pre- pregnant diagnostic Products - R&D: Collaborated with product managers to evaluate and determine technology platform & panel performance; - Product design: built bioinformatics analysis process, database structure & automated process to ensure that the project could be launched quickly and safely; - Product optimization: optimized cluster analysis efficiency; developed MegaTools bundles and ACMG interpretation system to accelerate efficiency. 2.CNV/methylation early screening - Project initialization: made the overall technical strategy and timeline for the whole project; - Project management: controlled all R&D procedures as scheduled; did technical feasibility study and the sensitivity and specificity of product achieved 92.77% and 42.86% in lung cancer dataset respectively. Dept. Description (8 associates-3 PM/operation & 5 R&D): responsible for operation management, business development and training of tumor precision medication platform. Project experience 1.Product development: completed the development of precision cancer medication product in 16 days, also built a functional team (including experiment design, bioinformatics, product & operation) and operational framework; 2.Operation and maintenance: The product has been operating smoothly for 14 months, processed more than 700 samples with no major production accidents. 100% passed NGS Somatic mutation EQA twice in 2018; 3.Business development and training: pricing, made sales strategy and cooperated with sales for business development and after-sales service; attended hospital MDT meeting to interpret product performance; trained/assessed sales and marketing specialists.

Responsible for the bioinformatics development & operation of tumor precision medication project and immunotherapy (neoantigen) products, including product R&D, test and evaluate the analysis software for specific modules (HLA typing, neoantigen prediction).

Dept. Description (14 associates): Responsible for Ion proton platform (the first tumor gene detection panel in the market) bioinformatics R&D and operation: 1.Designed Ion proton platform and preliminary evaluated product performance and validation; 2.Built Ion proton platform database and achieved product automation to make the Ion proton platform became the first tumor genetic detection product that does not rely on manual work to generate report; 3.Coordinated the bioinformatics and experimental production, communicated with product managers/sales to hold internal training and provide after-sale service; 4.Led and 100% passed the Ministry of Health laboratory EQA.

Bioinformatics R&D for the single-gene genetic disease product line (deafness, polycystic kidney disease) 1.Long March Hospital Polycystic Kidney Project; - Developed a pseudo-gene mutation site filter software for PKD1/2 genes; - Assisted the development of long PCR to optimize the PKD1/2 genes detection. 2.Hereditary deafness project - Develop an offline visual report/bioinformatics system for product manager.
