The action and function of miRNA was investigated. The mechanism was investigated by several molecular biology experiments, including WB, realtime PCR, luciferase assay, CRISPR/Cas9. The effects of miRNA on tumor cell proliferation and survival were investigated via cell counting, MTT and FACS. We found several miRNAs can repress the growth of tumor cells. Further, we found miRNA could inhibit the expression of target gene at both transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. Publications ： 1.Meng-fan PU, Cheng-gang LI et al.
