-Vendor Development Find and onboard backup suppliers for high-cost parts to break monopolies, making sure our supply chain stays steady during new product development. -Capacity & Lead Time Management Meet with vendors regularly to check their supply and capacity, clearing out any potential shortage risks to keep projects on schedule. -NPI Support Run the DFCC process for new products, working closely with other teams to recommend and bring in budget-friendly materials that R&D needs. -Cost Control Take the lead in annual negotiations and cost review meetings, using market trends and negotiation skills to get better deals for the company. -VE Cost-Down Projects Host regular internal VE (Value Engineering) meetings, looking into design changes and alternative parts to cut down product costs right from the start. -RFQ & Negotiation Take care of all material RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiations, staying on top of market prices to make sure we always get highly competitive rates.

-Strategic Sourcing Plan and execute IC procurement plans, establishing a weekly sync with vendors to review shortages and ensure stable production and material allocation. -Expediting & Inventory Management Conduct weekly inventory checks on high-value materials, and actively lower inventory costs by handling slow-moving stocks through internal transfers or spot dealers. -Demand Forecasting & Planning Regularly analyze production and demand for different models, aligning future supply plans with vendors to minimize both shortage risks and overstocking. -Vendor Management Hold regular meetings to review vendor performance, building strong partnerships and pushing suppliers to continuous quality improvement. -Order Tracking & Follow-up Track and coordinate order status from start to finish, flexibly adjusting schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet quality standards. -Material Exception & Crisis Management Act as the first line of defense for raw material quality issues, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to fix problems and avoid any line stoppages.
