Develop and optimize the conditions of transfection in mammalian cell, mostly use HEK293 and CHO. Optimize 3 different throughput transfection platforms: 3 ml(titer/KD),15 ml, 30-2000ml, respectively. Have adequate experience of the purification modes which contain AC, CEX, AEX, HIC, GF. Optimize 4 AC alternatives. Master 2 endotoxin removal protocol, production stable cell line generation , use AKTA,HPLC, fortibio octet. Also take on the PM duties for drug discovery department.
