Team Manager of Purchasing Interior Hard Trim: - Leading of the purchasing team of interior hard trim with 3 subordinates (part scope incl. Instrument Panel, Door Trim Panel, Centre Console, Cover Window Frame, Air Vent, Décor Trim, Interior Lighting, AC Lines and Switches) - Team Purchasing Volume 2019 (Forecast): ca. 1 Billion EUR - Responsible for BMW China interior hard trim supplier strategy - Facilitate the Tech Shows of key suppliers in BMW China and set up the discussion for R&D China, Car Project Management and Product Management with Suppliers - Optimized the Supplier Selection Process BMW China for direct purchasing and trained the buyers in China in 2018 - Organized Interior Product and Process Training for fresh buyers and quality engineering Project Manager G18 interior: - Project manager parallel for BMW G18 nomination of interior components (33 Local Content part scopes) - Coordinating the project premises, nomination scope, nomination timing for interior team, and regular exchange with purchasing and engineering project leaders and report directly to Vice President Purchasing & Quality Interior in China and related Commodity leaders in Germany.

- Job Rotation within interior team for different material groups, every year get new challenge (Door Trim Panel, Instrument Panel, Centre Console, Cover Window Frame, Cross Car Beam, Decor Trim, Injection Moulding Part, Switches and so on) - Development of local suppliers/competition in China for BMW First Time Build up 2nd source for Door trim panel, Instrument panel, Cross car beam for BMW in China First time localization of PVC, TPO foils, Cover Window Frame for BMW in China - Cost-Down projects through deeper localization, value stream analysis and logistic cost Analysis (total 60 Mio. EUR saving achieved) - Project management/Industrialization new local project - 10 months exchange working experience in BMW AG for deeper localization projects F18 Door Trim Panel (Oct. 2011-Jul. 2012)

- Responsible for nomination projects of fuel filter, oil filter and air filter, guide rail, rubber hose and different plastic injection part - Coordination among various stakeholders, including VW Group, as doing the different sourcing projects, strive to reach the win-win-situation - Forward Sourcing Projects of Engine EA888 and Common Sourcing Projects with JVs - Regular presenting in VW group sourcing committee for own projects

- Implementation of potential analysis for China Export Program - Job rotation in different commodities: Powertrain, Metal, Electric and Chemistry
