1. Collaborative forecasting a) Initiate regular forecasting meetings with sales team; b) Work out consensus forecast by analysis statistical forecast, review forecast conflict in planning system and aligning with sales for operational materials planning to archieve an appropriate level of forecast accuracy level. 2. Material management a) Communicate with sales team for the forecast to prevent the overstock or shortage; provide the pre-warning of the foreseeing stock-out and take the action to continue the supplement; b) Communicate with buyer and supplier to coordinate production plant to make sure materials supply; c) Allocation of components that are in short supply. Provide an aggregated view of supply versus demand as the baseline for program and site allocation decisions. Collaborate with the Supply Demand Management team and to make sure allocate parts to improve revenue; d) Lead phase-out of obsolete parts and the transition to new production materials. 3.Production planning a) Production scheduling in ERP system, align with sales forecast, raw material availability, inventory on site, maintenance plan, production lead time, & customer fullfillment; b) Adjusting existing schedule or creating urgent schedule based on raw material/equipment conditions change and customer urgent needs.

1. MRP logic establish & master data maintain based on sales forecast to ensure new SOP, material supply and inventory control; 2. Plan and drive the execution of the weekly and quarterly production plan that meet company objectives; 3. Tracking on material shipment and arrival to ensure meet product launch plan, involving in S&OP meeting to align on delay action plan; 4. Work with custom clearance team, and x-functional teams to ensure supply of components & timely receiving of imported and local goods, review material requirements and flow details including inventories; 5. Weekly review stock level, report critical material shortages to executive management and program teams according to objectives of service rate; 6. Identify EOP risk of material and recommend actions to minimize inventory; 7. Consolidate finish goods transportation to meet the on-time delivery performance & cost balance; 8. Identify continues improvement opportunities in the planning process and drive local and global projects to achieve.
