1. Leads & drive the plant LTW(Lean to Win) program and CI(Continuous improvement) operating agenda to meet or exceed the plant and departmental goals and objectives; 2. Manage and coordinate the CI projects of the different departments to optimize the process and matertial flow and improve efficiency; 3. supportin daily production management such as production cycle time, labor efficiency and working overtime (OT control), scrap defect and rework analysis and control; 4. Review and approve all cost reduction capital expenditures (CAPEX) investment projects in terms of investment return and cash generation.
