I build and commercialize industrial AI products combining 3D vision, multimodal sensing, edge computing, and IoT hardware. With 14+ years of software and hardware experience, I progressed from Android development to product leadership. Since 2018, as Product Director / Partner at Beijing Weiyun Zhilian, I have led three industrial product lines — industrial 3D vision measurement, multimodal fusion sensing, and spatial intelligence infrastructure — managing product, software, hardware, mechanical, sourcing, and NPI teams. Selected impact: • Planned and delivered 3 industrial product lines spanning stereo & structured-light 3D cameras, multimodal fusion sensors, area controllers, data aggregation nodes, and edge AI gateways. • Cumulative signed contracts exceeding RMB 40 million since 2018, with the largest single project over RMB 20 million. • Deployed 3D measurement products at two central-SOE customers (hundreds of units) and delivered 100+ multimodal sensing units. • Served China Forestry Group, Dalian Commodity Exchange, CSSC, State Grid Beijing, and Canon China, with repeat orders across multiple products. • Led cross-functional teams of 20+ (peak 30–40) covering product, software, hardware, mechanical, sourcing, and NPI. • Participated in the early incubation of Beijing RealImage Medical Technology and Hangzhou Deep Vision Technology, supporting founders in investor engagement and early-stage business development; both ventures subsequently completed multiple financing rounds and achieved product commercialization. • Co-inventor of granted patent CN118293825B.
