Responsible for the clinical development activities of IDH1 inhibitor and AXL inhibitor Phase I and II clinical trials excursion at different stages Medical oversight of clinical projects in both China and the United States Engagement with China and United States KOL in the neuro-oncology area. Support business development and maintain good collaborative experience with Japanese business partners.

Responsible for Clinical Development Activity of bi-specific antibodies Build up a small and focused team for clinical development activities Lead the first company IND and achieved the critical milestone Supporting business engagement with external stakeholders

Responsible for Hematology Products including myeloma and AML compounds, including 1. Supporting the regulatory activities 2. Medical oversight for local registration trial, 3. Responsible for local observational trial study from protocol development to study close-out 4. Develop local registration path for global early pipeline for MM and AML 5. Medical affair activities at country level: launch plan, medical events plan etc.

Provide compound development strategy to clients Lead the protocol synopsis development Support the study start-up and facilitate the study start-up activities Oversight of the global studies of emerging biotech clients including BGB, Junshi，Henlius and Bio-Thera.

Particpated multiple studies of oncological and hematological products from CRA to Sr. Study. Deep dived experiences in breast cancer, gastric cancer, H&N cancer, melanoma, ITP and MDS.

Research Interest: vascular reactivity in severe sepsis and septic shock. Thesis title: Effects of Pro-inflammatory Factors on the Biochemical and Contractile Function of the Porcine Coronary Artery.
