➢ Response the Plant Core team for the new business developing, and transfer to Mass production phase, take response for Program Management, Product Development, Process Tech, Stamping, Molding engineering ➢ Pursue new business from China Market with the new design ➢ Share Connection & Harness System localization solutions to customers ➢ Setup the teams organization in China ➢ Increase capability of the China the core teams ➢ Responsible for the entire program management. Lead China team (~12 individuals) to develop products, resolved technical issues, estimated the risks to the program timely and reduced the risks at a minimum through team work. Coordinated with cross-functional teams, such as quality, sourcing, finance etc., tracking supplier production progress, make sure to move the program forward smoothly.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for HEV/EV Connection System, - Customer Channel: Distributors, & OEM (SVW, SAIC，GAC etc.) Mainly: Work with Distributors and our Sales to pursue new business, define the engineering solution, generate quotation and study the developing plan of the Product portfolio, meanwhile, investigate the competitors’ activates and products. For Distributors: - Communicate with different regions’ Engineering and PLM to get the latest Products developing status, and give the training to Distributors - Cooperate with distributors to pursue the new business from their customers, and give the best solution to customers - Investigate the latest requirements or demand from Distributors or Market to define whether the parts should be added to the DELPHI’ product portfolio. For OEM: - Providing technical lead in customer meetings and responses to RFQs.
