1, Introduce Automation Equipments ----In a short time, communicate with clients actively, and coordinate inner resource to finish serial test and validation, and finally reached client's demand, then we set up 18 automation lines in 6 months, total value is about 160 million RMB; 2, New process development ----Follow clients to develop new products and new process;

1, Operation Management ----Routine management of PMC Dept., include PM, MC, Machining, DCC, QC etc. ----Assist Vice GM to manage BU, as Vice GM's agency to deal with all BU's affaies. ----Prepare training materials, training staffs, finished EXCEL training, PM training, Basic Skills of Management training, etc. ----I have been transfered to Shenzhen branch(Mechart Automation Ltd.) as GM assistant, the JD is the same as this one 2, Business Development ----Beat foreign rival, accquired many PO, include 2 production line, total value is over 13 million(RMB), and enlarged the business channel ----Assist business dept, to receiving/visiting clients, explore new business chance. 3, Project Management ----Design and make PM procedure, carried out under it and improve it. ----Formed a standard PM procdure and copy to whole company, and enhance's project management level. ----In charge of PM dept, monitor all projects, coordinate resource, reduce and eliminate risks. ----Manage the major project, respossible to confirm requirement, price, quality and delivery term with clients, and making project plan, cost basicline, assign tasks and tracking the executing. ----Call meeting regularly, monitor all project status, and adjust on time, reduce and eliminate risks. 4, Deliverables. ----Finished several production line, such as Auto Key Assembly Line, Auto Reverse Camera Assembly Line, Foglight Assembly Line, Hybird Inventer Assembly Line etc, its value range from 700,00-6,800,00 RMB, and several single stations.

1, Project Management ----According to investment plan, import new production line to meet volume increase; ----Form project team, and coordinate team work in whole project lifetime; ----Collect project requirement, create WBS, creat project plan and assign tasks to team members; ----Call regular meeting to check tasks status and identify risks, audit supplier's progress; ----Present project status to Safe launch board or CCB board, and continue with management's concerns; ----Follow company standard to finish the deliverable activities,and archvie it; 2, Capex Control ----All department projects costs check and control, checking data with Financial dept. regularly, and reduce the difference from 5% to 0; 3, Deliverables ----Imported 4 production line for Airbag components: 3 pcs of RSU line, 1 pcs of ECU line.

1, Testing Station Development ----Follow test requirements, design test solution; ----Hardward components selection,circuit design, ----Coding, system debugging and validation; 2, Building a Lab ----Manage Lab and validation team, products testing and analyzing, and release testing report, share the data to R&D team; 3, Deliverables ----Finished Road Curve Acquiring system, EPS ECU Function test station, CAN bus performance test system,etc. ----Build a reliability test lab, test stations up to 80 stations at the beginning. ----Finished department removal from Shanghai to Shenzhen.
