Project Experience: 1.For three consecutive years, I led the design and project execution of three semiconductor material handling automation systems, generating USD 12M in revenue for the company and ultimately delivering them to the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer by market share. The handling systems utilized advanced automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and conveyor equipment, improving material supply efficiency and reducing personnel workload. 2.For three consecutive years, I led the implementation of AGV systems in factories, generating USD 6M in revenue for the company and ultimately delivering them to the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer by market share. This was the first introduction of a fully in-house developed and manufactured system by our company into Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, improving material supply efficiency and reducing warehouse staff workload.

1.使用IE手法、透過人因工程去降低人員疲勞，提升製造單位生產績效。 2.生產製程改善與運用生產最佳化是生產品質不良降至最低。 3.生產動線規劃，減少人員搬運時間，減少無效工時，提升稼動率。 4.生產製造部制度：ISO9001、ISO14001、QC080000修正條文制定，通過BSI認證；EICC制定，通過認證。 5.優化CNC生產製程，提升印刷飾板產品生產效率與良率。 6.導入雷射切割機，增加表蓋件加工精度提升水平。 7.CNC加工中心生產空間與中央集塵系統廠房規劃。 8.台北市空污許可證：編撰，送審，展延協商，通過認證，替公司省下環保成本。 9.品管圈(QCC)圈長，透過改善製程、工件、研發測試，提升複合加工件生產效率。 10.工廠環境永續安全專業人員、解決工廠內工業廢棄物透過政府合法管道妥善處理，並改善廢棄物產出量，替公司降低廢棄物處理成本。

Academic Background During my studies, I gained comprehensive knowledge in various professional fields, including Production Management, Human Factors Engineering, JAVA, Engineering Economics, Operations Research, and VBA. Additionally, I obtained certifications such as Certified Production and Operations Management Technician and Greenhouse Gas Inventory Specialist.
