Over 17 years of software research and development experience in Huawei carriea software and solutions,middleware, cloud computing, Bigdata, operation and maintenance platform experience. Manage more than 300 people global R&D team. Engaged in research and development of telecom software system including intelligent network, SMS, RBT, SDP,CBS,OCS,CRM,IPTV and so on. Since 2011, being the Director of platform PDU, initiated the first web application platform, the SOA middleware platform, the bigdata analysis platform, the distributed middleware platform, the PaaS platform of Huawei. These platforms support all Huawe telecom software solutions reconstructed from traditional architecture into modern service-oriented, cloud native, distributed architecture and got successful global commercial delivery within 5 years. Lots of successful experiences of introducing leading software developement, architecture and engineering technolegy into Huawei, and lots of successful experiences in initiating a new platform and make it productional. Participate in Huawei's company-level software architecture and technology strategy discuss and decision-making. Responsible for the introduction of high-end talents in cloud computing, big data, middleware domain for huawei. Since 2017, joined Huawei consumer cloud service department as the director of technology planning team. Within one year, finish serveal import strategy plannings such as service distribution based on intelligent accessories planning, direct service planning, consumer cloud service AI technical planning, open service platform technical planning etc. Develope yearly technology BP/SP for cloud service. Participate in Huawei AI architechture and ecosystm strategy discussion. Discuss with TOP companies such as Baidu, Microsoft, Sina for cooperation.
