Combined with the Job Description (JD) and the actual situation of candidates, assist in improving candidates' resume information, form standardized recommendation materials, and synchronize them to the demanding departments; 3. Be responsible for researching and collecting various recruitment channels (such as recruitment websites, campus recruitment, social recruitment platforms, etc.), carry out channel expansion and effect evaluation, and optimize the recruitment channel matrix; 4.
