Their main products are Rolling Mill machine, Continuous Casting, Morgoil etc. Responsible for coordination of the new project, and procurement and localization of casting parts; - Optimize current supplier base, develop and select potential suppliers, audit new suppliers and make supplier’s performance evaluation; - Negotiate about the annual price and sign frame contracts to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials; - Implement project cost control and e-Auction/bidding projects; - Deal with daily procurement tasks, Implement alternative procurement sources to minimize cost and ensure timely delivery; - Make project cost report and monthly saving report, coordinate project procurement progress, participate in related project meetings; - Cooperation with PM, Planning and CPM to ensure the delivery and cost meet the requirement of project. Achievements: Developed resources of domestic large casting suppliers, implement the procurement of large casting parts for POSCO project and saving 10%.
