As a Project Manager within the Productivity Improvement Team (PIT), I am focused on driving factory automation and enhancing overall operational efficiency. My key responsibilities include: 1.Automation Enhancement: Strategically planning and executing automation solutions that leverage advanced technologies to boost the performance and flexibility of production lines. 2. KPI Collection and Tracking: Accurately gathering and analyzing Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually improve operational results. 3.Productivity Diagnostics and Optimization: Conducting regular visits to various factory sites for productivity assessments and process optimization. This includes analyzing production line operations, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing concrete improvement measures to further increase line efficiency and output quality. 4.Cross-Departmental Project Coordination: Collaborating with different departments at the factory level to implement new project initiatives from headquarters, such as IoT integration, comprehensive line planning, and factory relocation plans.
