1) In charge of overall group level full finance function areas; including budgeting, accounting operation, tax, treasury, cashflow planning, ERP system etc. 2) Build solid finance team to drive and support business growth; 3) Drive system automation and process set up to increase management control and efficiency; 4) One of the key executives to set up and execute company strategies and planning. 5) Working as finance in charge to be responsible for fund raising, investment and strategic alliance etc.

1) Work as business partner of regional MD and manage full P&L; and communicate with US HQ finance and different business unit GMs. 2) -Be responsible for rolling forecast of quarterly P/L and annual budget; from top line to margin, expense and net profit; and monthly closing, budget tracking and various analysis. 3) -Daily operational support: product pricing model, clearance plan, business case for special deals etc. 4) -Customer credit status monitoring and credit analysis and assessment. 5) –Lead the implementation of Oracle 12 implementation for Logitech Asia. Work closely with Asia management team and global project team

1) Work as business partner of regional GM on sales planning, performance tracking and target setting. 2) Sales target discussion and alignment with sales team and client and daily operation control. 3) Long-term sales planning by products, market share and size forecast. 4) Be responsible for business operation control and assist SOX compliance. 5) Monthly management reporting analysis, (ie market trend, channel, customers, products). 6) Rebate/Pricing control, calculation, tracking and analysis, customer related budget control. 7) Customer credit amount/period review and analysis.

1) Participated in CCB IPO projects, specialize on credit review and financial derivatives; and internal control compliance test. 2) Involved in annual audit of Shenhua Energy (H share in Hongkong) and domestic A share listing as the in-charge of subsidiary and income statement consolidation. 3) Involved in Jiangsu Tiangong International IPO project in Hongkong mainboard, in charge of working capital and cash flow forecast. 4) In charge of annual audit and internal control for multiple companies, for instance, LGE China, Messer Group, Thyssen Group, Siemens, Philips, and BMW etc. 5) Annual group reporting of YGM group as the overall in-charge of consolidation work and reporting.
