1. Responsible for recruiting,screening resumes,looking for suitable candidates, making phone calls and arranging time for interview; 2. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of monthly salary payment data to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely; 3.Responsible for monitering performance process, managing performance appraisal,bonus and salary review process , thus to improve the employees' enthusiasm; 4.Responsible for employee relations, on-board process, orientation training,promotion, transfering and departure process; 5.Responsible for social insurance and housing fund; 6. other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1.To conduct the resume screen and preliminary interview; 2.To facilitate new employees on-board process, maintain and update personnel records on engagement, promotion, transfer, termination and departure process; 3.Responsible for employees' attendance 4.Responsible for salary calculation, social insurance and housing fund; 5.Assist HR manager to handle training and ER; 6.To undertake some other tasks assigned by supervisor; In the manager's leave for sick, i'm responsible for all the work of personal administration department, I got good exercise and skill during the period, the whole staff of the company spoke highly of my work and i got "employee of the year".
