Communicate business and management needs in real time, understand, analyze, and clarify, and combine the requirements of the group COE organization for international regional work to promptly output corresponding clear human resources solutions (not limited to organizational development and planning, performance management, salary incentives, culture & atmosphere construction, sales force supplementation, human efficiency management, talent training, etc.).

As a 360-degree all-round headhunting consultant, you are independently responsible for early customer development and contract negotiation, as well as independent docking work, job search and delivery of customer headhunting projects;
