担任抗体药物前期研发负责人，具体工作如下： 1.查阅抗体相关专利，文献，制定研发线路，时间节点；定期汇报研发进度； 2.建立抗体体外活性评估平台，具体包括： 2.1 构建，表达，纯化对照抗体； 2.2 构建稳转细胞株； 2.3 Fortebio，FACS，ELISA等方法检测抗体亲和力； 2.4 从人外周血PBMC中分离诱导多种免疫细胞包括T cell, B cell, DC, Macrophage等； 2.5 开发多种免疫学方法用于体外抗体活性评估（包括MLR, ADCC, ADCP, T cell proliferation, Macrophage polarization，B cell associated assay）； 2.6 建立荧光素酶报告基因检测系统
