Ka Ping, Michelle SZE

Michelle rejoined Yanlord in June 2020 as the Head of Investor Relations of the Group and is responsible for investor relations, corporate finance and corporate communication matters of the Group.

Michelle joined Shui On Land as Head of Investor Relations in 2009 to reestablish the investor relation team for enhancing communication with investors the after the financial crisis. She was responsible for all investor relation matters of the company. Michelle was ranked as Best IR Professional among All-Asia Executive Team in property sector by Institutional Investors: 2011 -- 2nd place voted by buyside / 3rd place voted by sellside 2012 -- 1st place voted by sellside / 2nd place voted by buyside 2011- 2014 and 2018-2019, Shui On Land was awarded "Best IR Company - Asia Excellence Recognition Awards (Hong Kong company), presented by Corporate Governance Asia, Michelle was selected as "Best Investor Relation Professional”, presented by Corporate Governance Asia.

Michelle joined Yanlord Land Group Limited as the Assistant to Chairman & CEO & Head of Investor Relations in 2006. She joined Yanlord since its IPO and was responsible for establishing the Investor Relations Department. Michelle joined Yanlord after its IPO to establish the Investor Relations Department and enhance Yanlord’s communication with international investors. Within two years, Michelle successfully obtained equity research coverage from most of the major investment banking research & brokerage houses, thereby increasing coverages and recommendations of the Yanlord's stock. She also completed the credit rating of S&P and Moody's for the company. The Company also successfully raised over RMB6 billion of capital from the international financial market through the issuance of two concurrent equity placements and convertible bonds. During her tenure, Yanlord was awarded as the runner-up for “Most Transparent Company – Foreign Company” by the Securities Investor Association of Singapore (SIAS). In 2007 & 2008, Yanlord was included as a Constituent Stock in MSCI Global Standard Indics – Singapore Index, and Index Stock in Straits Times Index of Singapore, respectively.

Michelle was a Director of CBRE from 2003 to 2006. She joined CBRE to establish the IPO valuation team and led a team of professional to provide the valuation services of various Chinese property developers for their IPO and pre-IPO purpose covering HK and Greater China region.

Michelle joined Vigers (Hong Kong) Limited as a Director in 2000 to build a team responsible for IPO and M&A, capital market related valuation and consultancy services.

Michelle started her career in real estate sector as an officer in Sallmanns (Far East) Limited in 1996 and was promoted to as a Project Manager focusing on valuation and consultancy services in HK and China. Sallmanns as know for providing valuation services for listed company as acting as surveyors and consultants. It was merged with Jones lang LaSalle Sallmanns in 2008.
