- At the request of the Saudi Gov, 500 laboratory testing technicians were organized to carry out COVID-19 testing in Saudi Arabia, providing a full set of solutions ranging from products, services to technology transfer. Five COVID-19 PCR laboratories were built in 2 months, 17 million testing services were completed in 20 months, and standard operation procedures (SOP) of COVID-19 PCR laboratories were designed as the national standard. Extensive cooperation has been made with the Ministry of Health, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and regional medical laboratories in Riyadh, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Asir, making outstanding contributions to the fight against the pandemic in Saudi Arabia. - Set up the Saudi subsidiary of BGI, upgraded the subsidiary to be the regional center of Middle East and North Africa. - Participate in the Saudi's health system transformation plan under the 2030 Vision and achieve products and services localization. Set up a joint venture with Al Faisaliah Group to build Independent Clinical Lab and become the first NGS-based medical laboratory in Saudi Arabia. With the support of SABIC and NIDC (National Industrial Development Center), a joint venture with Olayan will invest in the first comprehensive medical consumables factory to ensure the security of the country's medical supplies supply chain, and setup a JV with Al Dawaa group to empower the primary healthcare services. - To address the threat of birth defects, infectious diseases and inherited tumours, closely work with the Ministry of Health, Public Health Authority and Health Holding Company to design the public Health screening programs and promote preventative Healthcare Concept. - Discuss the national Biotech strategy with the Ministry of Investment, PIF, SDAIA, KACST, NEOM and other stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. -Extensive partnerships with partners in Turkey, Egypt, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait on public health and Biotech sectors.

1.
