Dedicated technical service and project manager with experience of 22 years in Atotech. Technical service manager 2001/4~2014/11  Long-term customer technical management: 1. There was two lines respectively for IC substrate via filling plating and SAP Desmear process in ASECL. The PCB first via filling plating line, the bath life was only one week. We took several months to test and find out the key factors for extending bath life until one year. We build good relationships and trust with customer’s director to enable us to test a long period of time. 2. There was 12 lines for IC Substrate via filling plating process in Nan-Ya. We jointly develop and quality control. We work and test with process department to study solutions for INTEL、AMD、NVIDIA next-generation products. 3. There was 7 lines for high layer count plating process in Compeq. We conduct DOE tests and improve the throwing power for A/R ratio 30/1 to pass the qualification of customer. Compeq still continue to use Atotech chemical for more than 20 years. 4. New field development: There was 2 lines for through hole filling plating process with LED ceramic substrate in Ecocera. We conduct DOE to investigate optima parameters. Customer manager is satisfied with our service spirit. Project manager 2014/11~2023/6  Project customer development: 1. We get 6 horizontal lines with M-SAP BondFilm process in Kinsus. We face customer problems, solve all problems. Moreover, we face competitor pressure to able to overcome difficulty. We make our customer willing to trust us and continue to use our BondFilm chemical. 2. We get first de-BondFilm line with IC substrate in Unimicron plant H1. We spent a lot of time stabilizing etching rate.
