Scope: Delivered end-to-end solutions around smart meters and data acquisition systems (head-end system, communications, concentrators/gateways, meters, and supporting software). Key Responsibilities: • Conducted market research, competitor analysis, technical marketing, and regional product mapping • Interpreted utility tender specs; broke down technical requirements and created integrated solutions • Led technical bidding documents and clarification cycles • Translated requirements into R&D projects; drove customization and solution delivery Key Achievements: • Drove Poland smart meter business from 0 to 80M RMB in orders (top technical score) • Led communications solution + system API integration for a Sweden project worth ~600M RMB (Vattenfall utility + Schneider Electric) • Delivered street-light metering solution workshops for Greece utility; helped shape tender and secured exclusive order • Led and contributed to ~10 technical tenders for European utilities (including Sweden’s Vattenfall; Poland’s Tauron, Enea, PGE, and EON/Innogy; and the Czech Republic’s CEZ, EGD, and PRE).
