Nexion is an Italy company, which is a leader in garage equipment manufacturer all over the world, the main product have tire changer ,wheel balancer , wheel aligner machines. 1. Responsible for production management （include 5S，standardization, safety，employee’s performance, production efficiency，discipline, and other daily management jobs）. In 2016, I managed around 32 person in my department. 2. Responsible for the production technology, deal with the technical problems in the production line, make the procedure of assembling and testing machines, design the production fixtures. 3. Responsible for the final products quality , because our company rules is that who produce who should take the first responsible of the quality . I have one IQC to control the quality of raw material. 4. At the beginning , I also work for production planner, after with the development of production department, I recruit one production planner, the mainly job is According to the sales order and forecast，combing the production capacity，make the production plan，using our ERP system to get the material requirement for purchaser ，finally ensure the delivery time meeting the customer’s require. 5. We have few equipment in production line , so we will make the simple TPM. 6. Another important job is for new project, I will participate every new project with our designer and Italy colleague. After the design, my team will assemble the prototype and test it , give our designer the first checking report , then send the prototype to Italy for further inspection , after get the final confirmation , we will start to do the procedure form the sample to mass production , include making the tools , making the assembling instruction , setup all parameter in the bom , setup the routing in our ERP system. 7. Other jobs：Control the using of workshop auxiliary materials, production tools and other consumable product，Provides training and guidance to operator

This is the first job after school, I was started from a normal worker , after my efforts, I become the team leader of line ,after become the big leader of some lines.
