1.Lead procurement team to ensure material on-time-delivery, to meet customer’s requirement; 2. Conduct annual supplier evaluation in terms of OTD, quality, cost and relationship and address improved plan given company strategy; 3. Host monthly supplier review meeting with cross-functional team to handle the problem of material purchasing; 4. Coordinate with new project team to designate supplier for new purchase parts , and deliver sample, sample test, PPAP work for master production 5.Monitor supplier's annual price cut execution, and implement cost-control objectives for the company 6. Control worldwide freight cost, and reduce procuring operating expense through optimize transportation route; 7.Combined with the company's Asia Purchasing Inventory Management Strategy, regularly check the procurement parameters, so that the inventory to optimize 8.Maintain close communication with the development team try to avoid or reduce the lead to excess material due to engineering change 9.With the sales department, logistics department, quality department, development department to participate in the flight inspection and assessment of key customers 10. Implement program of EDI and WEB-EDI to support company process improvement; 11. Responsible for warehouse management, keep improving the operation efficiency

Ⅰ.Intel Project Planner 1. Communicate with sales team to create short-term and long-term demand and run MRP at weekly basis; 2.Confirm with internal departments (such as Sales, purchasing, quality, production line, engineering) to guarantee goods delivery plan bi-weekly; 3. Analyze capacity and material status,and find solutions together with cross-functional team; 4. Negotiate with FQA/SQE/Production Line/Engineer team, ensure customer’s all products high quality; 5. Co-ordinate with related dept to deal with excess inventory caused by ECN/ECO; 6. Make committed shipping plan to customer based on material readiness and production capacity, monitor packing planner packing all products to guarantee on time delivery,use shop floor to control packing W/O; 7.Manage Intel buy-sell and consign materials, provide customer in terms of shortage, excess and cycle count information in time; Ⅱ.Production planning 1. Establish production plan to fulfill FG delivery; 2. According to monthly order status to figure out manpower demand; 3. Monitor capacity issue, and close it with IE dept through bottleneck solved; 4.Keep trace on the material supply and ensure production plan meet in time; 5.Take smooth production plan and lean strategy, and control semi-FG and FG inventory; 6. Arrange new production line set-up, to save new program is launched effectively; 7.Manage ECN carefully, to avoid unnecessary obsolete stock; III. Material Planner 1.Adjust material purchasing requisition according to changed customer demand; 2.Alert procurement team to take care of shortage material or urgent delivery; 3.Analyze raw material inventory status based on excess report, optimize the inventory level; 4.Monitor suppliers’ delivery and the inventory of VMI to ensure goods are driven on orders; 5.Build up second source; 6.Keep trace on the approval of ECN and inform cost to related dept to handle excess; 7.Review materials ageing status regularly to avoid overdue;
