Co-edit and proofread a paper submitted for the special issue "The Philosophies of Comparative Law" of the CAL Journal as an associate editor.

Engaged in compliance due diligence of 5 target companies by evaluating the risk of commercial corruption through legal research, media research, and document review, writing research reports, and amending risk assessment forms. Supported compliance training by translating compliance risk alerts and compliance questionnaires, making PowerPoint slides for anti-corruption training presentations, and drafting a compliance undertaking. Assisted in the writing of the part regarding Enforcement of Environmental Protection Laws of the China’s Annual Corporate Compliance Bluebook (2020) by extracting and illustrating key information of over 90 cases with Excel charts.

Studied US economic sanctions programs by translating and summarizing the key information of relevant statutes, regulations, executive orders, and guidelines. Wrote and edited articles about sanctions against 8 countries such as Russia, North Korea, and Iran. Studied sanctions lists and analyzed cases concerning sanctioned Chinese individuals and entities. Contributed to the series of Dentons research articles on US economic sanctions by writing two articles on US secondary sanctions and US sanctions tools. Supported the writing of the articles on US financial sanctions and anti-money laundering laws by searching cases related to Chinese companies and translating key provisions of almost 10 statutes or regulations. Assisted in writing Guidelines on Prevention of Compliance Risks of International Economic Sanctions and Export Control by summarizing the US secondary sanctions against Iran, Syria, Russia, and Venezuela.

Participated in 3 criminal cases, conducting legal research about issues related to “Trap Loan” and exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence, and organizing evidence with Excel. Assisted in 2 civil and commercial cases by writing case briefs, drafting appellate briefs, revising and proofreading legal opinions, and making diagrams with ProcessOn to illustrate key facts.

Typed court transcripts in two trials, wrote trial reports, analyzed evidence, and drafted judgments. Reorganized and filed the archives in accordance with the standard of the court. Assisted in serving papers on the parties.

Received National Encouragement Scholarship (jointly funded by the central and local government), awarded for distinction in academics and service, in 2018. Received Tsinghua University Artistic Excellence Award in 2020, Tsinghua University Comprehensive Excellence Award (Top 15%) in 2019, Tsinghua University Academic Progress Award in 2018.

Undertook module “Understanding the Common Law” with a scholarship (14 winners among all applicants).
