I am hired as legal counsel in a state-owned import and export compay.My usual work is as follows: 1)draft and review and give legal advise about the agreements regarding to all aspects of the company's operation of import and export including but not limited to sales contract,purchase contract,settlement agreement,logistics contract,forwarder contract 2)review and investigate those companies who make deals with our company and give legal advise and make risk control. 3) assist the lawyer to deal with some case under suit and arbitration at home and abroad and to collect evdience and give some commints. 4)Provide basic legal training to Salesmen and their assistants 5)Assist legal manager to do some other legal work. I have strong legal skills and rich experience on dealing the legal affairs arising from import and export,I am also good at written english .
