1. Assess suppliers and factories capacity and capability to meet retail market requirements 2. Conduct supplier assessment and formulate supplier matrix for the category. 3. Collect relevant data to formulate sourcing proposal. 4. Communicate regularly with customer facing team, buyer, PD, direct import dept on sourcing and order execution issues. 5. Execute buying trip from A-Z including pre-trip, itinerary set up, cost negotiation to finalization to ensure the trip objectives are fully achieved. 6. Manage order execution and resolve product and production issues on a timely and proactive manner. 7. Work with the Quality Engineer and Responsible Sourcing team to ensure placements are made with right factories. 8. Monitor supplier performance to ensure it meets or exceeds company KPI. 9. Resolve issues with Quality Engineer such as problems with product specifications, purchase orders, safety failures, and supplier execution. 10. Prepare Monthly Reports to keep VP well informed of status of all upcoming programs. 11. Coordinate with replenishment team in daily operations 12. Coordinate and execute cross functional projects such as process improvement, system enhancement.

Product range handle : Indoor furniture - MDF Flatline , KD and Non- KD furniture ,upholstery leisure chair , dining set , office chair , bamboo furniture. Work with Belgium and Spanish executives and French managemer to establish departmental goals and sourcing strategies for business growth. 4. Develop vendor matrix, source the qualified suppliers for products according to company requirement. Balance key vendors and alternative ones in same category. 5. Measure and monitor supplier performance and capability in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions, provide coaching to suppliers. 6. Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery), follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. 7.
