Dear, Sir/Ma’am. My name is Chao, Chio-chun. The first work experience, I joined Micron as an equipment shift engineer. During my first year in the company, I was assigned to do offline task. My role is to handle jobs which pertains to renovation, removement, and installation. On my second year, I was assigned to handle online works. My role is to handle machine troubleshooting and maintenance.These type of work stresses for faster feedback as it involves responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance which are very critical in production process. With this demands, I manage to enhance my ability for this role. After resignation, I decided to study English in the Philippines for ten weeks. My English speaking ability has improved and even took the test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) test which score is 695. I also took English typing speed test. In addition, this help me gained confidence in speaking the language. About the second job, I had a short experience in traditional industries. The third job as an automation equipment engineer. After many attempts, I hope I can find a path that suits me when I am young. After working during the day and studying in the evening, I was able to studying in National Taipei University of Science and Technology Master's degree in February 2020. For the transition from the workplace to the school, many mental adjustments need to be overcome. At the same time, it determined the future work direction and focus of life. In the 3-4 years after graduation, after experiencing and facing the difficulties of various characters, the most precious realization is that there are different troubles in each period of life. The only thing that remains unchanged is the continuous efforts to try to break through. The result is the most precious exclusive experience. I love to learn more skills in the future.The newest ability is programing for me. I am currently self-studying programming. I believe if the mechanical engineer understand both of hardware and software, it will have the best solution for solving the problem. I spend my own time to learn and practice. I think this will be the most developed trend in the future. I am open to the possibilities of working and training overseas. I would really love to use those abilities that I have acquired. As an Equipment Shift Engineer, follow form department schedule needed. In my first year I was assigned to daily installation team. The following were my assigned task: 1. Follow the company schedule to arranged installation. Associating with the vendor to communicate for installation date. 2. Installing and fixing unexpected equipment malfunction.
