總年資:16~17年工作經驗 採購主管 綠點高新科技股份有限公司 採購主管 管理5~8人 彰化縣大村鄉 2021/11~仍在職 自傳 您好，我是陳信帆，很高興有這機會向您介紹自己！在捷普集團多年的工作經驗，經歷幾個不同的部門，累積設備進出口、成本分析及供應鏈管理…等經驗，對採購的工作有著不同的任務與挑戰，藉此以不同的方式去執行採購主管的任務。 加入捷普集團-綠點高新科技，當時擔任集團設備及耗材採購，憑藉著處理多次海外出口的作業，經由工作經驗的不斷累積，將設備順利運送至集團各地廠區，並適時協助處理問題，讓廠端能順利生產。按照例行的工作內容建立作業流程，降低與其他部門的溝通成本，也提高配合部門的滿意度。管理制度從無到有的建立，歷經人員溝通問題的磨合、跨部門溝通協調、專案任務執行，學習到不同層面的視野及經營。 一直在不同的領域中學習成長，也讓我在自動化部門這段時間有機會將自己的本職學能發揮出來，並主動挑戰高難度任務，以及做到組織推動的多做一點(One More Ounce)，最終獲得高層的青睞晉升為主管職，在管理知識的所知所學予以付諸實踐並修正。真正從知道到做到，如何建立團隊、如何帶領團隊、如何解決團隊的問題。綜合不同部門的經歷，幫助組織有跳脫性的變化，也期待個人在採購的經驗不斷升級，能夠繼續發揮自己的極大化價值。 Hello, I am Roy Chen, I am very happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you! Many years of working experience in Jabil Group, through several different departments, accumulated experience in equipment import and export, cost analysis and supply chain management, etc., have different tasks and challenges for procurement work, take this to a different way to execute the tasks of a purchasing supervisor. I was responsible for the procurement of equipment and consumables of the group at that time in Jabil Green Point. Based on the operation of handling many overseas exports, through the continuous accumulation of work experience, Smoothly transport the equipment to the various factories of the group, and assist to deal with the problem on time, so that the factory can work smoothly. According to routine work content to establish operating procedures , to reduce communication costs with other departments and improve the satisfaction of cooperating departments. In addition, I was able to construct a procurement management system from scratch, which helped eliminate staff communication gaps, improving cross-department coordination and project implementation. I have been learning and growing in different fields, and it has also given me the opportunity to use my professional skills during this time in the Automation department and take the initiative to challenge difficult tasks, and do a little more than the organization request (One More Ounce). Finally get the favor of the senior management and be promoted to the supervisory position, put into practice and revise what you know and learn in management knowledge. Really from knowing to doing, how to build a team, how to lead a team and how to solve the team's problems. Combining the experience of different departments helps the organization to have a break away change, and also expects that the individual's experience in procurement will continue to upgrade, and they can continue to maximize their value.
