In charge of liquid cooling solution(CDU,CDM,Cold plate),air cooling and rack parts.

• Manage source/buyer/PMC three teams with 9 members. • Shipping/Production plan/ Material shortage/On time delivery and Inventory control. • Lead production and sales meeting to review the business forecast, efficiency, production capacity, machine utilization and head count. • Collaborate with BU to support business strategy and develop annual category management plan that incorporates the strategies, goals, challenges, constraints and objectives of key outputs, including strategic sourcing pipeline, process improvements, supplier rationalizations, targeted supplier business reviews, sourcing levers, etc. • Demand chain & supply chain Management - management of relationships between suppliers and customers to deliver the best value to the internal & external customer at the least cost to the demand chain as a whole. • Develop a deep understanding of cost competing technologies, processes and products to guide and influence product development and decisions. Create and/or optimize models for evaluating modules, components and new processes. • Operation process optimization – Working model re-engineering of cross functions cooperation, KPI re-definition & solution driving, SOP formulation & deployments, cost review, productivities & efficiency improvement • Take ownership of the cost of goods sold (COGS) and margin analysis for new products

• In charge of key parts-display (LCD & Touch)，provide procurement support to bidding opportunity, always provide most competitiveness solutions aligned with product sourcing strategies. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy and roadmap, and host a PSL (Prefer supply list) meeting with RD/PM/Sales/Q , collaborate across multiple functions to bring new products to market • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with a variety of vendors

• In charge of key parts-display (LCD & Touch) and thermal (Heatsink & Fan ), responsible and accountable for achieving targeted results, including cost savings • Build-up should-cost models (center library) for key categories. • 2nd source plan • 2016/2018 outstanding performance award in MiTAC Computing Technology

• Survey and management outsourcing supplier which performance to meet the needs of operations. • Check suppliers' performance by checking internal customer satisfaction and meeting their requirements. • Co-work with RD team for new process and new material development.

• Survey and develop ePaper raw material and process, xonduct supply risk assessments, build contingency plans, find alternative ideas, solutions in securing best conditions. • Re-build factory for ePaper product.

•In line yield improvement in Hanstar & Wintec, need project handling and resource allocation. •Quality control and in line yield improvement in SWNEC , coordinate with customers for key issue analysis, aim to improve customer collaboration experience. •Team leader in FA team with three members.
