侯万亮 Leon Hou

I am part of ZhongShi Chemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. (ZSCEC), a China-based EPC contractor with multiple Class-A qualifications covering Petrochemical, Construction, Municipal, and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. My focus is business development and client interface for foreign-invested industrial projects in China, supporting new investments, plant expansions, revamps, ESG upgrades, and fit-out works from early planning through execution. ZSCEC works under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GB/T 28001 certified systems, helping clients manage schedule certainty, cost transparency, safety compliance, and construction risk in complex regulatory and execution environments. I have worked closely with multinational clients including Air Liquide, AkzoNobel, Arkema, BP, Baxter, B. Braun, Bayer, Celanese, Clariant, Dow, and DuPont, and understand how global decision-makers evaluate local contractors, not just on price, but on risk, governance, and delivery capability. I hold an MBA from Soochow University, combining engineering execution experience with a commercial and investment-oriented perspective. My role is to bridge headquarter expectations with on-the-ground delivery in China, and to help clients move from decision to construction with confidence.
