Manage five departments including Cell Line Department, Cell Culture Department, Downstream Process Department, Fill and Finish Department, Protein Analysis Department for new drug development. Arrange the timeline and provide solution and report the projects progress to costumers. One of the project has been finishing the IND (Investigational New Drug Application) successfully.
