Job purpose：New Products and new process introduction, IP applicant and management, Hi-tech program applicant. 1.Responsible for Wafer backside coating(WBC)process introduction. 2.Mini-QFN like DFN6 1.5x1.0 GPSLNA Product introduction. 3.Pure Cu Leadframe for QFN package introduction. 4.Developing double layer wafer backside coating process, as a solution for GPSLNA’s low gain and high noise figure problem. 5.Applying for government program, such as “Jiangsu engineering technology research center”, "High-tech enterprise”, “Jiangsu foreign firms R&D center”, “Suzhou key laboratory”.

1. Production Equipment Trouble shooting & repair 2. New equipments setup and quality test. 3. Establish the PM (Preventive Maintenance) plan according to the production requirements 4. Make uptime report. 5. Spare parts management. Spare parts cost down. 6. Establish Maintenance plan of all the equipments.

1. Equipments arrangement (New machine move in, setup, quality test, and so on). 2. New engineers basic training. 3. Machine breakdown repair and improve. 4. Statistics of machine downtime according to repairing daily record, working out and implement improvement plan to maximize OEE，MTBF，MTBA and minimize MTTR for key production equipment. 5. Help manager to manage routine works. 6. Spare parts management. 7. Equipments documents management. 8. Make regular production equipment preventive maintenance schedule, action & record.
