- Develop and implement an organization-wide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers. "Lead, direct, and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. - Optimize Asia Supply chain activity by production transferring. - Improve the Lead time performance, Inventory control, cost efficiency by global production strategy. - Improve the material supply flexibility by regionalization. - Monitor supply chain performance and re-design the supply network by data driven. - Material replenishment strategy to reduce the order flow complexity and improve the inventory turns. - Lead Asia S&OP activities to foresee the demand change and drive the operation plan to fulfill long term demand plan.
