1. I was mainly engaged in new antibody drug research and discovery for tumor immunotherapy, for instance, immune checkpoints and agonist targets. 2. I was in charge of the antibody drug development and discovery independently, I have the ability of developing and conducting in vitro potency assays and in vivo efficacy study to support oncology drug discovery. 3. In the passed two years, I was responsible for many antibody drug discovery projects and delivered two mAb lead molecules and one bispecific antibody lead molecule to cell line group as project leader, which were pushed into CMC stage. 4. In the meantime, I published 2 patents on new drugs and participated in the work of antibody in vitro potency and toxicology study in preclinical stage for IND declaration.

1. I mainly worked on cell-based assays for small molecule compound drug discovery. I have the capability to develop and conduct cell or biochemical based assays to support drug discovery. 2. Meanwhile I mainly worked on cancer immunotherapy and antibody drug discovery. I was familiar with in vitro function assays for antibody screening, including inflammatory reaction model，mixed lymphocyte reaction，T cell activation assay, macrophage phagocytosis assay, proliferation assays, etc. And I had the ability to develop and perform in vitro potency assays targeted to different immune checkpoints, such as PD-1，PD-L1, OX40，VISTA，LAG3，IDO and so on. 3. I mastered lots of in vitro biology technologies , for example real-time PCR, gene cloning, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western blot, cell culture ,cell transfection and so on. Extensive experience in BD FACS Calibur, Envision，Multidrop Combi and be good at data analysis using GraphPad Prism, XLfit, FlowJo and IDBS.

At first, I was assigned to a veterinary drug production workshop to accumulate practical experiences and entered every procedure of injection and powder of veterinary medicine production ,such as raw materials preparation, washing bottles, filling and sealing, sterilizing, light inspection, packaging and so on. In addition, I was engaged in the quality testing of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the quality monitoring department. Then I entered the R & D department and was involved in the reseach of animals' interferon, in which I was mainly engaged in the construction of gene engineering bacteria, fermentation, inclusion body protein purification, protein electrophoresis, cell culture , cell-based detection of protein activity and so on.
