Be responsible for due diligence （both financial and commercial） Planning for IPO (especially in law and finance) IPO prospectus preparation.

Assisting in A share IPO Projects.

1 Planning for the engagement, arranging time and budget. 2 In charge the engagement, be responsible for the job allocation for different staff and setting deadline for them. 3 Be responsible for preliminary financial statements analysis in order to find out the risk area. 4 Understanding the client’s business and internal control, leading team to execute the test of controls to evaluate client’s control environment. 5 Executing auditing, be responsible for auditing working paper and reviewing staff’s working paper 6 Reporting to manager, discussing the client’s issues and searching for the solution. 7 Communicating with clients, briefing the issues and reach the consensus. 8 Writing the auditing report and doing the final financial analysis to ensure the auditing was completed.
