Bilingual BA activities : Discussion with Japanese business partners, Requirements gathering & elicitation, Requirements documents preparation, Functional specifications document preparation, Coordination with Development team, Support Japanese language dependent issues analysis. 2. Teamcenter : Basic understanding of my teamcenter, structure manager, workflow modules. 3. BA for NX CAD customisation Tool development for Torque values digitization. 4. BA for AWS Torque Database development. 5. Japanese to English Technical translation and interpretation. vice versa. 6. Create user stories and coordination with the development team. 7. Support for test case creation and validate against business requirements. 8. User acceptance testing and functional testing

Generate Cost down ideas through VA/VE, Tear down, Benchmark, CI activities & evaluate logically as per Yamaha test standard. Promote 5S, Kaizen , Pokayoke, 3G activities at Genba, Manage Capex & Expense budget of Engine Testing division.

Project development trainee. Understand Yamaha Product development process, Vehicle Evaluation for QFD/QFS. Engine function performance durability evaluation & maturity control. And technical Japanese Intrepreter for Project team with JLPT N3 certified.

Emission test cell management, Japan Project coordinator for Indian side, Cost down ideas implementation through logical evaluation as per Yamaha test standard. JLPT N5 certified. Selected for Project training at Japan head office for 2 years.

Vehicle Quality, ARAI coordinating for COP, New Emission test lab installation (Chassis dynamometer+emission analyzers), Production line process quality check, Engineering quality check for vehicles.

BS3 & BS4 development, Vehicle testing on chassis dynamometer & On road, Engine testing on Eddy current dynamometer, Test cell management, Drawing reading & assembly as per drawing, Parts preparation, Parts measurement etc.,
